His customer-centric perspective ensures EBP develops and grows service and training programs that are truly valuable to our customers. These programs include EBP Training Academy courses, which share the latest trends and best practices to help customers increase productivity and improve workplace safety, as well as creative programs so customers can better manage the varying costs associated with owning and maintaining janitorial equipment that can strain operating budgets.

Jack’s industry experiences over the past 20 years provide him with a unique appreciation for the daily challenges many of our customers face. His experiences include facilities & property management, electronic procurement systems catering to business accounts, multiunit accounts from a variety of industries across the U.S. and developing practical, effective cleaning and sanitation programs for a diverse group of businesses as part of a large, international chemical manufacturer of cleaning products.
